in 2023, Amazon web services approached us to create videos for their AWs imagine grant winners, non-profit organizations using ai, data processing, and machine learning to advance their missions around the world.
The 2023 AWS Imagine Grant Winners were the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Save the Children, and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation
The project required consulting with both AWS non-profit representatives and the non-profit organizations themselves. I researched each of their missions and the ways they used AWS technology to further their goals, then got to work on scripts. I wrote the Kennedy Center script and co-wrote the other scripts.
The videos were presented at an AWS Imagine Grant ceremony for the winners. As a result, they received a surge of applications to the following years Imagine Grant progam, as they continue to expand their non-profit initiatives.
